Apple Brownlees Russet is a desert variety with highly aromatic fruits, a particularly popular garden apple tree in the mid-nineteenth century. Apple Brownlees Russet has a neat, compact habit with good crops of brown russet apples.

Fruit: Pale yellow-green, excellent russet skin and a red flush.
